While it’s a solid platform overall, there is definitely room for improvement. The reporting features feel a bit basic, and the approval workflows could be streamlined. Additionally, the dashboard lacks deep customization, and the AI-powered features—specifically smart transaction categorization—aren't as sharp as they should be and require too much manual correction.
