What do you like best about Wave Connect?

It’s easy to share my contact details with prospective clients. The experience feels modern and simple to use, and it works better for me than traditional business cards. It also integrates with my email provider and works very well on both Samsung and iPhone mobile phones. I haven’t had a chance to use Wave’s customer support yet, because it’s so user-friendly that I was able to handle all the onboarding myself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wave Connect?

Personally, I don’t really have anything I can say I dislike about Wave Connect. The free version includes most of the features I’m looking for. That said, I do feel the paid version is a little costly, although it seems to be in a similar price range to other digital business cards on the market. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Wave Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?

Saving the environment matters to me, and I like the fact that I always have this on my phone and it’s easy to share. I never have to worry about running out of business cards, and I know my details are saved on people’s phones instead of being chucked away or getting lost like traditional cards often do.
