What do you like best about Wati?

They offer all the main functionalities you may need with a Whatsapp API. The interface is easy to use and intuitive. Reviewing KPIs is easy to control agent's performance, thanks to the well-made dashboard. Overall we are very pleased with the Wati solution. What do you dislike about Wati?

At first, the API was a bit laggy, unstable, and buggy, but these issues were usually fixed soon and with no long-term repercussions. There is a plus plan that offers all functionalities, but you have to pay for it additional—still one of the best-valued solutions in the market. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Wati:

What problems is Wati solving and how is that benefiting you?
