I really like the WhatsApp integration feature, which helps me create automation sequences and workflows to manage the leads we get from Meta ads. Now, all replies are handled by WATI instead of our team having to manage them manually like before, and no lead follow-up gets missed. That’s been a real game changer for our automobile software company.

**What do you dislike about Wati?**

The integrations could be simplified a bit. It’s not a major concern for us, but it’s still an area that could be improved.

**What problems is Wati solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We run Meta ads for lead generation for our automobile software product. Before WATI, we were handling replies and follow-ups manually, and because of that we missed a large portion of lead engagement, which caused our conversion rate to drop significantly. After we started using WATI, we integrated our WhatsApp channel, and now all leads are managed through WATI, including follow-ups and ongoing engagement.

**What do you like best about Wati?**

What I like best about Wati is its seamless integration capabilities and reliable performance. The API integration process is straightforward, which makes it easy to connect with our existing systems and automate workflows. It has helped us improve lead management efficiency and streamline communication. The platform performs consistently well, with quick response times and smooth day-to-day operations.

One area where Wati could improve is in customization flexibility for certain workflows, as some advanced use cases require extra setup. At times, response handling and dashboard navigation can feel a bit limited when managing large volumes of leads. Improving these areas would make the platform even more efficient.

**What problems is Wati solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wati is helping us solve key operational challenges like team management, lead privacy, and fair lead distribution. The round-robin feature ensures leads are assigned evenly across the team, which improves efficiency and accountability. It also helps maintain lead privacy by controlling access and reducing overlap, making our workflow more organized and secure.

**What do you like best about Wati?**

What I like best about Wati is that it makes WhatsApp communication much more organized and manageable for our business. Instead of handling customer messages/leads randomly, everything comes into one proper dashboard where our team can track conversations, reply faster, and write notes about each lead. The broadcast and automation features are also useful, especially when we need to send marketing messages, updates, and follow-ups.

What I like best about Wati is that it is easy to connect with HubSpot, Zapier, Google Sheets, and others, and it makes it more practical because leads and customer details can be moved or updated without doing everything manually.

We used the Wati chatbot builder, and it is very easy to create, just drag and drop, add actions, and your chatbot is ready. You will find some chatbots already built in.

In terms of performance, it works well for regular customer communication, broadcasts, and team-based chat handling. We have never faced any lag issues, even when the chat volume is very high.

The pricing also feels reasonable when the business is actively using WhatsApp every day for leads, updates, and customer support.

The latest Instagram automation feature was needed, and we are happy that they have introduced it. It can literally reply to comments, capture leads from the Instagram inbox, and move them into the sales pipeline, making it ideal for high-engagement campaigns.

Talking about Support, Wati provides support through Live chat & Email. The response is fast and reliable every time we have contacted the support team.

Newly introduced AI features like Conversation Summary and CX score are no less than a game-changer in customer support or service. It optimizes the whole process and saves a lot of time for the customer and us in a big way.

**What do you dislike about Wati?**

The pricing is also slightly higher than that of other vendors working in India, especially when you add WhatsApp conversation charges, platform fees, and user-based costs. Users with low-volume leads may feel it is expensive.

**What problems is Wati solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wati helped us manager Whatsapp communication in one organized dashboard instead of scattered chats on different phones or team members.

It benefits us by making replies faster, improving lead tracking, reducing missed queries, and helping the team handle customer communication more professionally through automation, chatbots, and shared inbox features.

I’ve been using WATI for more than 2 years now, and honestly, it has played a big role in how I handle conversations and sales on WhatsApp.

What I like the most is how simple it made automation. Earlier, managing leads manually on WhatsApp was messy and time-consuming. With WATI, I was able to set up flows for lead qualification, follow-ups, and even basic customer support without needing a technical background. It helped me bring some structure into my sales process.

The broadcast and segmentation features are also very useful. I can target the right audience instead of sending the same message to everyone, which improved my response rates.

Recently, their Instagram integration has been a solid addition. Being able to capture leads from Instagram DMs and bring them into the same system makes things much smoother. Now I don’t have to jump between platforms, and I can automate replies there as well, which is a big advantage if you're running ads or getting a lot of inbound messages.

Overall, if you're serious about WhatsApp marketing and conversational sales, WATI is a strong tool to start with and grow on. It helped me move from manual chatting to a more system-driven approach, which made a real difference in my business.

The sent delivery numbers from the Meta API sometimes show a mismatch. But their support is really good and helpfull as a agency member I get quick support to resolve this with the team,

Increase Engagement - Wati's retry feature is really awesome and helps me reach the maximum number of users.

Segment - Wati automatically creates segments based on past behaviours.

Automation - Journey triggers, auto replies, and bots replying based on the knowledge hub are really cool features. They are helping me optimise agent costs.

**What do you like best about Wati?**

I really like the timely customer service that Wati offers. We have faced different difficulties and the advisors in charge have always been prompt and attentive to help us. Additionally, we use tools like chatbots which turn out to be very practical and useful, as we handle different audiences and content daily, and they make it easier for us to send information in a structured way. Also, the analytics part is very valuable to us because it controls the number of messages sent, and we use the template message tool.

**What do you dislike about Wati?**

I believe that a deeper training should be conducted or directly reviewed with Meta, because there are people who do not receive the information, they appear as failed contacts, and many times we are told to wait a few days before we can send them the message. Sometimes months go by, and people receive nothing, which causes some annoyance among clients because they wonder why this happens. We have communicated with the Wati team, and they tell us that this issue comes directly from Meta, but it would be very appropriate to seek an alternative for those contacts.

I use Wati to send quick and effective communications. It allows me to review statistical data on messages and their perception, improving agility at work.

I love Wati's UI and overall functionality. It's very well designed and easy to use. Once you get the hang of it, you can do so much in support and sales automation. Features like AI-assisted templates management, cohorts, and now Instagram integration are all very useful features and add-ons. The APIs are also very straightforward. AI-assisted templates help us get templates approved quicker from Meta, and the pre-built cohorts allow us to effectively target specific user groups with broadcast messages.

- The mobile app could have more features like template approvals and outbound campaigns + reports view. - SMS integration should be default available (as fallback incase WhatsApp messages fail) without 3rd party integration. - Astra AI should not be a different product and be part of Wati ecosystem.

We use Wati to handle WhatsApp messages at scale, keeping contacts updated through broadcasts. It supports eCommerce and courier clients with multi-lingual bots. Features like AI-assisted templates, cohorts, and Instagram integration enhance sales automation.
