"Wati’s AI Makes Template Creation and Submission So Much Easier"

What do you like best about Wati?

The best thing I find useful in Wati is its AI tool. It helps me a lot when I’m working on a new template. For example, when I create a utility template and try to submit it, the Wati AI tool lets me know before submission if it sounds like marketing and suggests that I change it a bit. It even recommends what to change, which is really helpful for me, and that’s the best part. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wati?

There isn’t much I dislike about Wati. Sometimes it shows unnecessary toast notifications saying “404 resource not found,” but they only appear for a few seconds or minutes and should be easy to fix quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Wati solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using Wati, managing WhatsApp communication for our events was challenging and relied heavily on manual follow-ups. We had trouble sending registration confirmations, reminders, updates, and other event-related messages to large numbers of attendees in an efficient, consistent way.

With Wati, we’re able to automate much of this communication by using WhatsApp templates, setting up chatbots, and receiving webhook events that let us integrate WhatsApp directly with our registration systems. This has significantly reduced the amount of manual work involved and made it much easier to keep attendees informed in real time.

It has also helped us centralize our WhatsApp communication and improve the speed and reliability of attendee engagement, especially when we’re handling large volumes of event registrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
