Wati has been our messaging platform for over 3 years. What we love most is its integration with our Shopify store and the ability to send automated messages to all our customers with notifications about their orders and shipping updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Most of the time, opening the platform takes too long. I think the loading time could be better. On the other hand, they are constantly integrating new features, but almost all new features are only available for higher-value plans, and honestly, the cost is too high for the use we give it.
