The robust API allows me to make any integration to make the use of Wati more complete for my team. Additionally, the price is affordable, allowing us to use Wati without financial difficulties, and the user-friendly interface makes it easy for my team to use. My Wati is slow, they could change the servers. I believe that because my account is on a simple plan and I have few licenses, they leave me in a low-performance shared environment. I hope this will be improved in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
