What do you like best about Watershed?

Watershed is more than a software tool - they're a true partner. As someone new to ESG and environmental compliance, the hands-on, human support has been invaluable. My customer rep provides high-level guidance, answers every question, connects me with experts, and even sends personalized Loom videos walking me through the platform. The software itself is intuitive and easy to use, with great visibility into your emissions footprint. The reporting tool is especially helpful for first-time reporting, and their webinars and regulatory newsletters keep you current as the landscape evolves. What do you dislike about Watershed?

The main area for improvement would be deeper API integrations with key ERP/FRP systems like Workday. More native connectivity would streamline data collection and reduce manual effort, making an already strong platform even more seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Watershed solving and how is that benefiting you?

Watershed is helping us navigate the complexity of environmental regulatory compliance with confidence. The platform streamlines emissions calculations and reporting, making it much easier to understand and present our footprint accurately. It's also been central to our SBTi target-setting process, providing the analysis and reduction planning tools needed to build a credible, data-driven path to net zero. Beyond the software, the team's expertise and guidance has been invaluable in helping us understand what's required and how to get there — particularly given how quickly the regulatory landscape is evolving.
