What do you like best about Watershed?

From the start, the required data inputs are clearly laid out, which immediately answers many of the questions you tend to get from internal teams who don’t fully understand what you’re asking for and just want a template to complete. After the upload, the calculations run smoothly, and the results are visible in an export for audit purposes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Watershed?

Figuring out what happened on the backend can at times be fiddly or unclear. E.g. the data lineage in the Drilldown view will show how a calculation was derived, but often when clicking into the detailed view, the data is broken out into groups that are difficult to match to the data input. It is possible to work around this by exporting the entire footprint or using the data uploaded in the measurement view. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Watershed solving and how is that benefiting you?

Previously, we were calculating our inventory in a spreadsheet which was prone to errors and time consuming to fix or change if errors were found. We now have a reliable software that runs the calculations from reputable sources and gives us a sense of reliability and credibility which helps when fielding questions from internal stakeholders about changes to our emissions over time.
