I love the ease of use of Watermark Faculty Success, with screens laid out in a common sense way, making it much easier to navigate compared to Interfolio. I appreciate the annual review report feature and the ability to create custom reports, which are very useful for our assessments and annual reviews. Their responsiveness is impressive, with work requests completed much faster than expected. I find the process of editing data and uploading files to be somewhat cumbersome and would appreciate an easier format for this. Additionally, while the transition to Watermark wasn't the platform's fault, dealing with inconsistent and messy data from Interfolio was challenging, as it required considerable manual effort to recode files for compatibility with Watermark.
