"Customization Options That Fits Our Niche Needs"

What do you like best about Wasp Asset?

The customization functions are great - they allow me to use the software to function best for my organization's uses (which are quite niche). There are some features I'm unable to customize unfortunately, but I would say 85% of the customizable functions solve the base programs functionality for us. What do you dislike about Wasp Asset?

Sometimes the program "freezes" and I am unable to proceed or load any pages further - it seems the program becomes unresponsive at times. However, this is usually solved by reloading the portal in Incognito mode. It's just frustrating in instances where I lost the work I had done, and need to redo the entries I made.

There are further customization options I wish were present.

Custom report software is difficult to catch onto and Wasp doesn't provide a whole lot of support on this aside from paying for additional custom reporting work. I wish this was more user friendly, and allowed for manipulation of data tables more closely to how Excel functions - where users typically have more experience in use. What problems is Wasp Asset solving and how is that benefiting you?

Large inventory management, especially the differentiation between fixed assets and multi-quantity assets. It is really helpful for items that are consumable, and don't necessarily require a code, but still need to be tracked for quantity management. This benefits me by eliminating the need for additional spreadsheets, where I can have all assets in one program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
