The availability of a dedicated account manager is a big plus, making it easier to navigate the platform and utilize it fully. Warmly's engagement tools, like AI-powered inbound chat, significantly improve visitor engagement. There are minor nuances with the platform. For instance, while building a chat flow, there is no autosave, so you can possibly lose all your work if you make an error. User experience can be somewhat better. Also, while there are tutorials available for almost every feature, they're not updated regularly.
