What do you like best about Walls.io?

The ease of setup and the real-time aggregation of social media content. For heavensride, we needed a solution that could pull live posts from Instagram and Twitter without complicated integrations. Walls.io made it simple to create an engaging display that boosted audience engagement during the event. What do you dislike about Walls.io?

The learning curve for some of the advanced customization features could be smoother. If you want to heavily customize the wall's appearance or integrate with specific platforms beyond the main social networks, you'll need to spend extra time in the documentation. That said, for our nonprofit use case, the default setup was perfect, we were live within hours. Not a major issue, just something to be aware of if you need highly specific tweaks. For heavensride, a nonprofit charity event, getting supporters and attendees to participate on social media and then showcasing that engagement in real-time is critical for building momentum and community.
