What do you like best about WalkMe?

What I like best about WalkMe is that it improves the user experience while driving productivity. By providing in-app guidance, onboarding support, and process automation, it helps employees complete tasks faster, reduces support needs, and increases adoption of digital tools. Additionally, the training provided by WalkMe is outstanding. Their bootcamps, conferences, webinars, and learning opportunities help administrators and builders continuously develop their skills, stay current with new features, share best practices with peers, and maximize the value of the platform. Combined with the strong support provided by the WalkMe team, these resources make WalkMe not only a powerful digital adoption platform but also a valuable partner in driving successful digital transformation. What do you dislike about WalkMe?

While WalkMe provides excellent in-app guidance, I’d like to see a simpler administration experience and reduced maintenance effort, especially when the underlying applications are updated frequently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
