What do you like best about wakesys?

We used Wakesys throughout Aqua Splash’s 2026 season for online bookings, waivers, payments, customer check-in and on-site registration. The interface is clean and relatively easy to teach to seasonal staff, while features such as waiver-status warnings and alphabetical booking lists make reception more organised. Its Stripe integration and ability to work across staff iPads and customer-facing screens allow the booking and check-in process to operate through one system. What do you dislike about wakesys?

What problems is wakesys solving and how is that benefiting you?

Wakesys solves the problem of managing bookings, payments, waivers, capacity and customer check-in across separate systems. Bringing these functions together has made our reception process faster and more consistent, while giving staff a clear view of each customer’s booking and waiver status. It also helps us manage different products, session times and party packages in one place. This reduces administration, makes seasonal staff easier to train, helps prevent check-in errors and gives management better control over daily capacity and operations.
