What do you like best about WaiverFile?

The customer service is great. You can call or email and get a response right away. This has been the only digital waiver company where I can call and actually speak to someone right away. They made modifications to the interface to specifically tailor the system to our business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is WaiverFile solving and how is that benefiting you?

Having digital waivers allows us to keep better records of all our waivers and customers. Eliminating the physical storage for waivers was a must. WaiverFile has been a great system to use that allows us to track how many customers check-in each day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
