Very efficient, super customizable, whenever I have a question the chat responds very quickly and solves my problem. We use it during busy days, as we are seasonal, it is easy to adjust our subscription type. Easy for all employees who need to work with the system. The product is so customizable that it can be easy to get lost in its many functions. Support assistance was essential to successfully select our needs. However, the service responded very well to our questions. The French translations are sometimes awkward, but fortunately for the client interface, the company can customize the text to display.
