What do you like best about Waikay?

I like that Waikay is really easy to use, and it has lots of helpful guides that not only show you how to use the software, but also walk you through the logic so you understand the reasoning behind it. The expertise it provides is great.

I also appreciate that it doesn’t focus only on brand visibility, but on visibility for the topics that matter. Some tools give recommendations that feel vague and unhelpful, whereas Waikay’s guidance feels relevant and actionable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Waikay?

I would say that the despite the backend being easy to use, I would like to have more account information, such as showing previous payments and invoices etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Waikay solving and how is that benefiting you?

Waikay provides clear visibility into AI search across all the core platforms, including brand visibility, topic visibility, and prompt tracking. It automates what would otherwise be very manual, time-consuming tasks. The action plans are also great, because they give practical tips on what to actually do to improve visibility.
