The Chrome extension is what makes the difference. Importing a Sales Navigator search into a campaign takes seconds, and the multichannel sequences (LinkedIn + email) run without me having to babysit them. The pre-built campaign templates mean a new sequence is live in minutes rather than an afternoon, and the built-in daily limits keep the account safe. For a small sales team, the ratio of setup time to pipeline generated is hard to beat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The analytics stay fairly shallow. I get sent/accepted/reply rates per campaign, but digging into what actually drives performance means exporting and rebuilding the analysis elsewhere. The CRM side is also thinner than I'd like, beyond the native integrations, anything custom goes through Zapier, which adds a layer to maintain. And the credit-based Email Finder makes cost per contact hard to forecast when volume moves month to month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
