**What do you like best about VWO Testing?**

I find VWO Testing to be an excellent A/B testing platform that is easy to use and reliable. Setting up A/B tests is straightforward, and the insights provided are clear, which makes it a great tool for anyone serious about conversion optimization. I appreciate the trackability of visitors through VWO Testing, which helps in determining when to launch a page live based on visitor increase. Additionally, the support team is commendable for their good service, and the powerful features offered by VWO Testing enhance my overall user experience. The initial setup process was pretty easy, which facilitates faster implementation and engagement with the tool.

**What do you dislike about VWO Testing?**

I would like Mobile testing in the free plan. We are not able to make updates on mobile and desktop separately in a free plan while setting split URL testing.

**What problems is VWO Testing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find VWO Testing simplifies setting up A/B tests, aiding our team in launching pages effectively while offering reliable visitor tracking, ensuring increased visitor validation before going live.

I appreciate VWO Testing for its ease of use and straightforward setup process, making it simple to test web pages and landing pages effectively. The ability to set up split URLs and add goals with ease enhances its functionality, particularly in running A/B tests that provide valuable insights into user interactions with different pages. This feature is instrumental in bridging the gap between understanding user needs and behaviors. Furthermore, VWO's seamless integration with our CMS has been a significant advantage, facilitating a smooth implementation process.

**What do you dislike about VWO Testing?**

I find that when trying to add more goals in VWO Testing, the application tends to become slow. Other than this issue, I haven't encountered any major problems with the application.

**What problems is VWO Testing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use VWO Testing to easily set up A/B tests for web and landing pages, identifying user needs and behaviors to optimize interactions.

 ### 4. VWO A/B Test From a Data Analyst Perspective

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexis W. | Digital analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2025

**What do you like best about VWO Testing?**

What I like about VWO A/B testing:

(1) Intuitive UI for test setup:
You can quickly launch an A/B test without heavy developer involvement, which is great for teams with limited dev resources.

(2) Built-in behavioural insights:
Metric reports help bridge the gap between qualitative and quantitative data, making it easier to explain results to non-technical stakeholders.

(3) Segmentation options:
You can target tests based on traffic sources, device types, or user behaviour, which is useful for tailoring experiments to specific audiences.

**What do you dislike about VWO Testing?**

(1) In some cases, the testing script can slightly delay page rendering.

(2) Can’t adjust statistical settings once the campaign is paused.

**What problems is VWO Testing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

VWO is a solid all-in-one CRO platform, especially for teams that want both testing and behavioral analytics in one place. For analysts, the key will be ensuring clean data pipelines with GA4 and making sure test results are interpreted in the context of traffic quality and user intent. With a bit more depth in integration documentation, it could be one of the most analyst-friendly CRO tools on the market.

 ### 5. Powerful tool with amazing training & support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laura M. | A/B Testing, Personalization & Optimization Program Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2022

**What do you like best about VWO Testing?**

VWO makes testing your site so fast and easy. The interface is super straightforward, so launching a new experiment takes hardly any time. I love how you can make quick edits, pop up advanced options, or even dive into the HTML if you want total control. With CoPilot in the mix, setup is even smoother—and it saves you time.

What sets VWO apart is their outstanding customer support. They meet with us monthly to answer questions, share ideas, and plan new tests—always going the extra mile to help us hit our goals. Paired with their powerful technology, this partnership makes VWO a top choice for any organization looking to level up their experimentation program.

**What do you dislike about VWO Testing?**

Nothing. The integration of CoPilot is such a time saver.

**What problems is VWO Testing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

VWO makes it easy for us to quickly test and validate ideas with A/B and multivariate experiments, so we’re making decisions based on data—not guesswork. We can fine‑tune page layouts, messaging, and calls‑to‑action, and actually see the impact those changes have. Since using it, we’ve boosted engagement, increased conversions, and built a culture of continuous testing that keeps driving growth.

 ### 6. VWO Platform Review

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hitesh S. | Marketing Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2025

**What do you like best about VWO Testing?**

What I like most about VWO Testing is how easy it is to use. Setting up and managing A/B tests feels straightforward, and the visual editor is a big plus—it lets me make changes without touching any code, which saves a ton of time. I also really value the detailed reports and segmentation tools; they make it much easier to see how different audience groups are responding to each experiment. Also, not to miss out, the proactive training and support from Siddhant and his team have been amazing. They’re quick to help, super approachable, and always make sure I have what I need to get the most out of VWO.

**What do you dislike about VWO Testing?**

One thing I’ve noticed is that sometimes the visual editor can act a little quirky, especially if I’m working on a page with a more complex layout—it doesn’t always match exactly how things look on the live site. I’ve also noticed that reports can take a bit longer to load when there’s a lot of data. Nothing major, but it can slow things down when I want the tasks to move quicker than usual.

**What problems is VWO Testing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me, VWO Testing has been a huge help in taking the guesswork out of optimization. I use it mainly to test ideas before making any big changes, so I know what actually works for our audience. It’s been great for fine-tuning e-commerce pages, improving the mobile experience, and trying out new features without the risk of hurting conversions. Being able to see real data before rolling something out has saved me a lot of time and avoided plenty of “launch and hope” situations.

 ### 7. A well-featured and extremely capable platform, with an excellent support team.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ed R. | Director of Ecommerce, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2025

**What do you like best about VWO Testing?**

The platform has so many features and makes the creation and tracking process simple. Depending on what you enable - there are lots of resources to learn more about the user experience, and catch issues that you may not find during development and UAT paths. The integration was extremely simple, and we had it up and running within a sprint. The customer support and ongoing coordination of efforts throughout our contract have been great. We're leveraging the platform daily and expanding the testing as fast as we can.

**What do you dislike about VWO Testing?**

So far, their funnel system is the thing I like least - as it is an implicitly assigned funnel. The user has to hit all of the steps in the order you create for the funnel - and any action out of that order drops the user out of it. If I had one recommendation to pass to VWO for improvements, it would be to create a more flexible path tracking process, with a start and a finish - that would allow flexibility in steps between.

**What problems is VWO Testing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're using the platform for A/B testing to help uncover the blind spots within our customer journey. While there are lots of assumptions that could be made - and likely would be valid, having data behind those assumptions helps us to refine and move the needle toward widespread improvement. We also leverage it as a counter-balance to traditional Google Analytics tracking, and provide a different source for visits, revenue, and more.

 ### 8. Optimizing with Confidence: My Experience Using VWO for A/B Testing

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vivek S. | Product analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2025

**What do you like best about VWO Testing?**

VWO makes A/B testing incredibly accessible with its clean, visual editor and intuitive workflow. I like how quickly I can set up experiments without deep coding, while still having the flexibility to make advanced changes when needed. The built-in heatmaps, visitor recordings, and segmentation tools make it easy to understand not just what is winning, but why. Real-time reporting and statistical significance tracking help me make confident, data-driven decisions faster.

**What do you dislike about VWO Testing?**

While VWO is powerful, large-scale experiments can sometimes feel a bit slow to reach statistical significance, especially on lower-traffic sites. The pricing can also be steep for smaller businesses, particularly if you want access to advanced targeting or enterprise features. The visual editor, though user-friendly, occasionally struggles with complex or highly dynamic page layouts, which may require developer intervention. Additionally, the reporting UI could benefit from faster filtering and more customizable dashboards.

**What problems is VWO Testing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

testing new features in a balanced and outcome oriented manner

 ### 9. Makes A/B Testing Easy for Our Team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Azharul H. | Product Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 09, 2025

**What do you like best about VWO Testing?**

I really appreciate how simple it is to get a test up and running. The visual editor is a huge plus—I’m not super technical, so being able to make changes without coding saves a lot of time. I also like getting quick feedback on how a test is performing, which helps us move fast and focus on what’s actually working. Furthermore, the customer support team and guides have been helpful whenever I’m stuck.

**What do you dislike about VWO Testing?**

Sometimes, bigger experiments take a while to load, and the reporting interface can feel a bit overwhelming if all I want is a quick summary. Advanced targeting usually needs some extra steps that aren’t always obvious. It gets the job done, but it would be nice if reporting and segmentation were a bit more straightforward.

**What problems is VWO Testing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For our C2C marketplace, the toughest challenge before VWO Testing was knowing which homepage and posting journey changes would truly boost engagement and conversions. During the homepage revamp, we had plenty of ideas—new layouts, bigger “Sell Now” buttons, featured listings, trust badges—but no clarity on what would actually drive more browsing, sign-ups, or item postings. The same went for the seller journey—whether fewer steps, reordered fields, or photo tips would really lead to more listings was all guesswork. We can now make these changes backed by real user data, ensuring every update is impactful and drives measurable growth.

 ### 10. Once you learn the ropes, VWO is a powerful one-stop tool for small and medium business web testing

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tyler C. | Web Architect, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2025

**What do you like best about VWO Testing?**

Our website experiences significant seasonal fluctuations in visitors, and our monthly traffic is too low for tools like Optimizely or A/B Tasty to be effective. It's also not very viable to use smaller a la carte tools for each portion of our needs, like split testing, session recordings, surveys, and heatmaps. VWO fits our niche quite well, as it provides all the features we need in one place, consolidating our data and keeping it all working together.

**What do you dislike about VWO Testing?**

Learning always begets more questions. And in the case of VWO, asking new questions also tends to require upgrading a package or adding a new module to access the controls needed to answer your evolving questions about user behavior.

**What problems is VWO Testing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

VWO let's us consolodate quantitative things like session data with qualitative data like heatmaps and screen recordings. Most importantly, it lets us control our views of both of those data sets specific to a given split test, so we aren't spending time trying to get multiple individual tools to exclude "non-test" users from our analysis.

 ### 11. Good AB Testing and Website Insight Platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jedd D. | Senior UX and Digital Experience Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2025

**What do you like best about VWO Testing?**

The support team and the customer success management team are very responsive and always work hard to answer any questions I raise. It also seems like they are constantly improving the platform to make it easier for users to navigate and understand the insights that can be learned from the testing done through the platform. There are a lot of different features available and more that can be added later on if desired, for an extra price. The ease of setting up tests can vary depending on the complexity of the test. A simple test can be set up quite easily. The integration with GA4 and Google Tag Manager is something that is very helpful to me.

**What do you dislike about VWO Testing?**

There are a ton of features within this platform, which can be good, unless you want one very specific feature that is entrenched in a larger package with a bunch of features you likely won't use. As you dig into further complexity with the platform, you start to realize that features that would be useful are behind a paywall. On another note, sometimes with my website the structure of the html/css does not play well with the VWO visual editor. I have not tried other AB Testing softwares, so I'm not sure if this exclusive to VWO, but it can be frustrating when I would like to make a quick test without the help of a developer and I can't. Luckily, a lot of time VWO support will offer to help if the question is big enough or at a level that could result in an overall platform improvement.

**What problems is VWO Testing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

VWO is currently our only software that we use to run UI/UX AB tests, as well as Session Recordings, Surveys, and Heatmaps included in the "Insights" package. These are important windows into user behavior on our site, that we would otherwise not be getting if we were not using VWO.

 ### 12. Excellent Tool, Even Better Support!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amanda B. | Ecommerce Merchandising Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2025

**What do you like best about VWO Testing?**

The steps to create anything you want is very intuitive, and there is so much you can do with the different tools depending on what your ideas and goals are. Our CSM has been extremely supportive in helping us implement our ideas as well as consulting us on how to set specific goals based on what other customers have done for similar campaigns/tests. VWO has quickly become a tool we use daily for personalization on our site and a tool we rely on to test ideas before fully implementing in hard code/dev work. The integration process was seamless, making it incredibly light on our dev team to deploy once, and anything we've decided to expand or add on doesn't require more dev team work for maintaining or growing our efforts.

**What do you dislike about VWO Testing?**

There is so much you can do, I will never use half of it! I'd love if there was a newsletter or webinars on case studies/uses of a certain tool by one customer that might be something other customers want to experiment with. The training and support are wonderful, but I wish there was a little bit more guidance/idea creation from the support team. I say this selfishly as my team hasn't had much bandwidth to get creative, and we are much more focused on the day ahead rather than months or years/strategy. Once we learn something, we use it regularly, it's just a matter of learning it in a real use case, and knowing what it's capable of. We have gotten better about throwing very undeveloped ideas at our CSM and seeing what he recommends for the path forward, which has been really helpful. It just is largely underutilized by us right now!

**What problems is VWO Testing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are limitations with the messaging/content options on our site for displaying the details of a promotional offer, and that is something VWO has been instrumental in. It has made messaging PDPs extremely easy, intuitive, and quick, enabling our customers to be better informed when they land on any PDP, driving conversions. We also have had several UI/utility redesigns internally that seem risky to just implement, so for what we can, we test with VWO on 50% of our traffic to see if our idea is a flop or useful before putting in the dev work on the backend of our site. My only wish is that some of this could be dynamic. For example, having the ability to display 1 message when shipping is not available for an item vs another message when an item is not available for pickup in your local store. right now the targetting is based on pages, but it would be slick if there was some element of page properties within that.

 ### 13. Reliable and Powerful A/B Testing Tool for Continuous Optimization

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hitanshu s. | Senior Data Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2025

**What do you like best about VWO Testing?**

What I appreciate most about VWO Testing is its intuitive interface and robust set of features that allow for easy setup and execution of A/B, split URL, multivariate, and personalization tests. Over the years, it has enabled my team to confidently make data-driven decisions that improve conversion rates and user experience. The visual editor is beginner-friendly, while the advanced targeting options are perfect for deep segmentation. The integrated heatmaps and session recordings also provide valuable behavioral insights without needing a separate tool.

**What do you dislike about VWO Testing?**

VWO has grown impressively, but if I had to mention one area for improvement, it would be the occasional lag in the reporting dashboard for high-traffic tests. While it doesn't impact the overall effectiveness, faster data refresh would enhance real-time optimization. That said, the support team is always helpful and responsive whenever an issue arises.

**What problems is VWO Testing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By running controlled experiments, we can validate every change on our website, from CTA buttons to entire landing page layouts. This has significantly improved our ROI on marketing campaigns and enhanced our decision-making with actionable data. The ability to segment users and personalize experiences has also led to better engagement and reduced bounce rates. Overall, VWO empowers us to make smarter, evidence-based optimizations across the funnel.

 ### 14. Reliable and proactive A/B testing platform with excellent support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jihee Y. | Senior Analytics Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2025

**What do you like best about VWO Testing?**

VWO feels the most similar to Google Optimize, which many users are already familiar with, making the transition smoother. What really stands out is their customer support—the agents are highly responsive, proactive, and always eager to help. Compared to other tools I’ve used, VWO provides a much more managed and guided experience, which has been incredibly helpful for my team.

**What do you dislike about VWO Testing?**

Rather than a downside of the tool itself, my only regret is that I haven’t been able to fully utilize all the powerful features VWO offers. The platform is packed with advanced capabilities, and I feel like I’m only scratching the surface. I look forward to exploring more of what it can do.

**What problems is VWO Testing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

VWO helps us efficiently test and optimize key user journeys on our website without relying heavily on development resources. It solves the problem of delayed experiment launches and limited testing capabilities that we faced with previous tools. The ability to quickly deploy visual changes, set up custom targeting, and analyze results in one place has significantly improved our workflow and decision-making process.

 ### 15. VWO Made Our Testing Easy and Effective

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shivam K. | Senior Product Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 13, 2025

**What do you like best about VWO Testing?**

VWO Testing offers a very intuitive interface for setting up A/B, multivariate, and split tests without needing extensive developer involvement. The visual editor is especially helpful for making quick changes and testing hypotheses on the fly. I also appreciate the detailed reporting and segmentation options, which allow us to analyze test performance across different audience groups. Integration with analytics tools is smooth, and the platform's reliability has helped us confidently make data-backed decisions to improve our user experience and conversion rates.

**What do you dislike about VWO Testing?**

VWO Testing is feature-rich, the interface can sometimes feel a bit sluggish, especially when handling complex experiments or large datasets. The visual editor, although useful, occasionally has limitations when dealing with dynamic or JavaScript-heavy elements.

**What problems is VWO Testing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. CRO Optimization by testing different CTAs - text and placement

2. BOT integration for limited set of users.

3. Split URL testing on different designs.

4. Web roll out changes

 ### 16. VWO Testing Platform Overview

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael G. | Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2025

**What do you like best about VWO Testing?**

One of the standout features of VWO Testing that I really appreciate is the updated view for insights on testing. It has significantly enhanced how we analyze and interpret experiment performance. The new layout offers a much more intuitive and streamlined interface, making it easier to access key metrics at a glance—whether it’s conversion rates, segment performance, or variation-level data.

**What do you dislike about VWO Testing?**

One of the main pain points I've encountered with VWO Testing is that the visual editor often glitches out, which can be frustrating—especially when you're trying to move quickly through test setup. There are times when elements on the page don’t load correctly within the editor, or changes you make don’t register properly, leading to a need to refresh or restart the process entirely.

**What problems is VWO Testing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

VWO Testing addresses a fundamental challenge in digital optimization: making data-driven decisions to improve user experience and conversion rates without relying on guesswork. It allows us to experiment with different page elements, layouts, messaging, and user flows in a controlled, measurable way—giving us clarity on what actually resonates with our audience.

One of the biggest benefits is the ability to run A/B and multivariate tests without heavy developer involvement. This empowers marketing, product, and UX teams to iterate faster, test hypotheses, and validate ideas before committing to full-scale implementation. It reduces risk, improves efficiency, and ensures we’re investing in changes that have a measurable impact.

Additionally, the platform’s built-in analytics and targeting capabilities allow us to run highly segmented experiments, which helps us understand user behavior across different cohorts and personalize experiences more effectively. By systematically identifying what works and what doesn’t, VWO Testing helps drive continuous improvement across our digital properties—resulting in higher engagement, better conversion rates, and ultimately stronger business outcomes.

 ### 17. Core to our CRO Workflow & Amazing Support from Sid

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julia D. | Senior Marketing Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2025

**What do you like best about VWO Testing?**

VWO is incredibly easy to use. We're able to launch and analyze tests without needing dev support for most experiments, which makes it perfect for running high-frequency CRO tests across key pages. The platform is robust, with all the features we need to build, target, and measure experiments, but it still feels lightweight and approachable. We use it constantly and it's become core to our optimization workflow. Also, major kudos to our account rep Sid. His support is fast, thoughtful, and genuinely makes our lives easier. He's a big reason we're able to move quickly and get the most out of the platform.

**What do you dislike about VWO Testing?**

Some of the more advanced page changes and tracking setups can get a little technical, but that's where the support team (especially Sid) really shines. Having that level of great customer support more than makes up for it.

**What problems is VWO Testing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

VWO helps us test and validate on-site changes before rolling them out broadly. Without it, we'd be guessing at what works. Now, we can back our decisions with data. It solves the challenge of optimizing our website for both user experience and conversion by making experimentation easy, scalable, and measurable. The insights we get directly impact how we drive more demos and support our sales funnel by improving how we guide users through key flows. It's a critical part of our CRO strategy.

 ### 18. Data-Driven Website Optimization Made Easy with VWO

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

Test reports occasionally take longer to populate with significant data, especially for low traffic pages.
Pricing also high for smaller teams or business, particularly if only a few features are used.

The best thing is creating multiple versions of site CTAs, designs for testing & sharing the outputs to the client. The results provided are accurate and have been helpful in getting conversions for the brand. It has great features, it is easy to use. When we got the tool first, we were unsure about how to navigate, but the customer support team was very helpful. They took sessions in parts & made it easier for everyone in understanding the tool. Hence integration of the site was quick & easy.

**What do you dislike about VWO Testing?**

Nothing so far. There has been no issue in using the testing tool.

**What problems is VWO Testing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Simple changes in the placement of a CTA does magic. Since we can't directly implement our suggested changes in the backend, this tool helps us to share recommendations to the client with proofs. Using Testing along with Insights feature has been a great help

 ### 20. Our experimentation program has accelerated rapidly since using VWO

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luke G. | Growth Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2025

**What do you like best about VWO Testing?**

It is so easy and straightforward to use, colleagues with no coding background are able to fire up detailed tests in a matter of minutes. Our volume of tests has increased dramatically since the adoption of VWO, it enables us to test and learn at speed which is one of the big things we were after.

**What do you dislike about VWO Testing?**

We've noticed a discrepency between the volume of sessions hitting a test in VWO vs the volume we'd expect to see based on our own internal data. This is still under investigation our side so may not be a VWO issue at all.

**What problems is VWO Testing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Experiments were previously only run through our tech & product teams, causing a bottle neck and preventing us from testing, learning and rolling out at speed. With VWO this is now not the case with multiple non tech teams around the business running tests on a regular basis.

 ### 21. Time-Saving, Feature-Rich, and Personalizable

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aaron M. | Marketing Insights & Analytics Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about VWO Testing?**

Many useful features and time saving elements with personalisation.

**What do you dislike about VWO Testing?**

Can sometimes be difficult to build tests.

**What problems is VWO Testing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AB testing to improve website performance. Personalisation to improve conversion rates.

 ### 22. Easy and intuitive split URL testing without developer help

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Allison C. | Product Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2025

**What do you like best about VWO Testing?**

With flexible scheduling, hands-on training, and real-time support from our account manager, our team can easily run split URL tests with metric tracking, traffic allocation, and mutually exclusive group settings. They also offer a no-code visual editor for testing small changes. Overall, I think VWO is great for teams with limited developer resources.

**What do you dislike about VWO Testing?**

It can be pricier than other options, and if you want to set up more advanced segments without an engineer, you may need to buy their add-on service.

**What problems is VWO Testing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use VWO to test if a new UX update, a full page redesign, or even a small feature tweak improves our signup rate or transaction rate. The A/B test results help us decide whether to roll it out to everyone or give us early insights for things like pricing page design.

 ### 23. User-Friendly Testing Platform with Quick Support and Room for Smarter AI

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Akshay M. | Growth Marketing Analyst, Financial Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2025

**What do you like best about VWO Testing?**

VWO Testing is very intuitive and easy to use, even for non-technical users. We run experiments every two weeks, and the platform makes it easy to move fast without needing constant developer support. The visual editor is especially helpful for launching simple A/B tests quickly. The customer support is also excellent — they respond quickly and are proactive in resolving issues, which really helps keep our testing cycle on track. We also like how it integrates smoothly with our existing tech stack and how fast it is to get experiments up and running.

**What do you dislike about VWO Testing?**

While the core testing functionality is strong, the AI-powered Copilot feature still feels a bit limited. It works well for basic text edits or simple UI changes, but struggles with more advanced modifications. For example, I recently tested a homepage hero image update and needed to align the headline text to the center of the page — something Copilot couldn't assist with. These kinds of design-specific tasks still require manual intervention. AI could be leveraged more effectively to handle layout or CSS-based changes.

**What problems is VWO Testing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

VWO Testing helps us validate website changes with data rather than assumptions. It solves the challenge of launching updates blindly by allowing us to A/B test variations and understand what truly improves performance. This has helped us reduce the risk of implementing changes that don’t work and instead focus on optimizations that drive higher conversions. The platform also minimizes our dependency on developers for running tests, enabling the marketing team to independently run experiments and iterate faster. Overall, it's helping us make more confident, data-backed decisions while improving site performance and user experience.

 ### 24. Best all in one tools for us.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chomchon T. | Sr. UI Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2023

**What do you like best about VWO Testing?**

Capabilities of the tools that make our team able to accomplish task in a very short time and quality of data to analysis.
the tools is super easy for us even for the most novice of users in our team, the onboard training and dedicate customer success is what keeps us on track and at the same time guiding us through question and issues that we have on a project.

**What do you dislike about VWO Testing?**

I think the only thing we have to be careful with most is the amount of traffic that we have to cap the limit on our test for each a/b other than than nothing else could be at false.

**What problems is VWO Testing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it's developing new features for our website in a rather quick and accurate with proper result between each a/b to compare the result.

**Official Response from VWO Reviews:**

> Hi Chomchon,

Thanks for sharing your feedback. I am glad that you really liked the product and services.

-Aditi from VWO

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephanie Z. | Lead Product Designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2025

**What do you like best about VWO Testing?**

The CoPilot feature in VWO has been a game-changer in my design process. Helping me quickly generate A/B test ideas, interpret data, and uncover insights I might have missed. It has significantly reduced the time I spend on analysis, allowing me to focus more on creative, data-backed design solutions that genuinely improve user experience. I love my sessions with Jinal, she is always willing to help and recommends best practices.

**What do you dislike about VWO Testing?**

Some pages do not have enough traffic to collect the required amount of data to make decisions. Also at times, the heatmap view errors, and I often need to refresh the page. The mobile view could also be improved.

**What problems is VWO Testing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

VWO is helping understand the user behaviour within our sites. It also helps to test quick concepts before making a development change.

 ### 26. Best A/B tool for the Testing

**Reviewed by:** Chandra Sekhar S. | Product Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2025

1. I like the metric visualisation ,the box plot and bell curved which is actually makes sense as per the theory of normal distribution and the calculation related to it.

2. The quick response on the interaction with the frontend . maximum it takes 2-3 minutes to add the data

3. Unique identification of the user

4. The ability to force certain users to a particular variant which is very useful during the quality testing of the product feature

**What do you dislike about VWO Testing?**

1. Unable to create custom metrics independent of the events or the combination of certain events as it is available in clevertap.

**What problems is VWO Testing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Helping me to avoid manual steps like sample size calculation, p-test (Significance test) and avoiding false positives

 ### 27. Robust Features with Great Price and Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Benjamin G.

**Reviewed Date:** August 20, 2025

**What do you like best about VWO Testing?**

I really like that VWO Testing has allowed us to run 20 experiments in just three months, which is perfect for driving a culture of experimentation. The price-quality ratio is very decent, making it an easy choice over Optimizely. The targeting features are incredibly precise and the stats engine is simple to use, aiding in our analysis. Furthermore, the supportive customer support team, both during sales and through our client success manager, is readily available when facing any issues. I also appreciate the complete feature set it offers, alongside the integration benefits with VWO Behavior Insights and other tools like BigQuery.

**What do you dislike about VWO Testing?**

We have faced some challenges with tracking monthly active users (MAUs), which impacts how we deal with quotas. Although there are options to set a sampling ratio, managing this across multiple properties took us some time to understand. I believe clearer guidance during the implementation would be helpful to address these issues effectively.

**What problems is VWO Testing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

VWO Testing allows us to test assumptions and hypotheses quickly, optimize UX for our ecommerce platform, and improve decision-making on investments. It provides a straightforward way to run experiments and evaluate their effectiveness.

 ### 28. Agile & flexible testing solution for high traffic website

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** bvanlerberghe@jminsure.com V. | Marketing Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2025

**What do you like best about VWO Testing?**

Our team utilizes VWO for fast iterative testing on our websites. Since our test span multiple domains, VWO is a good solution for accurate testing on users that visit each domain. The flexibility and ease of use with the editor allows us to deploy variations that give us worthwhile results with the stats integrated into VWO.

**What do you dislike about VWO Testing?**

VWO works best with the newest websites that offer the most flexibility. Some older webpage elements do not work as well as the newest ones for flexible testing.

**What problems is VWO Testing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to leverage the user's characteristics they provide to us to personalize and optimize their experience using our websites. Personalizing helps us learn more about our users and their behaviors.

 ### 29. VWO review from platform product manager

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Online Media | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 14, 2025

**What do you like best about VWO Testing?**

Ease in set up, intuitive UI to create/ measure/ analyze the tests and metrics. The results were precise and screen recording supported our tests to identify the platform enhancement needs. AI summary per recording and overall user experiment recording matched the data we collected from both VWO and GA4.
Also, we had right support at the right time whenever we needed to do any testing on the tool. We were able to set up multiple tests running in parallel on multiple websites. Siddhant Savant was a VWO expert who helped us learn and set up the tests to begin with and clarified all silly questions, we are now able to do all set up on our own. The customer support team is also very supportive and immediate in response.

**What do you dislike about VWO Testing?**

100% sampling feature was not working as we expected, but whatever active users session that was recorded still provided good metrics

**What problems is VWO Testing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

we are trying to enhance platform feature using VWO, which is helping us enhance the conversion and user experience using data and screen recording. We used the split URL test and AB testing in VWO tool on multiple websites to identify the features that could help us enhance the user experience and build strong conversion experience on the platform

 ### 30. Great tool and great support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ole G. | Specialist i konverteringsoptimering og UX/usability, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2025

**What do you like best about VWO Testing?**

To me the power of VWO is the support. Always fast, skilled and helpful. The tool is great, offer the features I need to run a global CRO test track. We mostly use the A/B testing part and the setup, review and reporting features work the way I expect them to.

**What do you dislike about VWO Testing?**

There are some reporting wishes I have that differ from the way VWO has chosen to do it. And handling large account can be a little messy. A slight tendency to "bloat" with too many metrics, but I understand its also about how the options are used.

**What problems is VWO Testing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are running a global A/B testing track and use VWO to do all testing (but only testing).

 ### 31. Great Testing Tool with Outstanding Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karl D. | Marketing & Partnerships, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2025

**What do you like best about VWO Testing?**

The tool itself is very intuitive and easy to set up. We have used both Web and Fullstack (client-side) products and found that they're great tools to support our testing needs. The Web element empowers any team to run tests in a streamlined manner, while Fullstack empowers our Dev team to run more comprehensive tests and to personalize aspects of our cart using feature flags. We use it across multiple brands, so we nearly always have tests running through the tool and could separate out different brand profiles to keep things organized.

One of the strongest parts of VWO is the support you get from the team, much more than other tools we use with dedicated meetings with reps to help your testing program be successful (helps with ideation, troubleshooting, planning, understanding data, etc.) and a dev/support team that are readily available to help with any set up or integration issues. I find the VWO team is very receptive to product feedback and acts more like testing partners rather than the typical vendor-client relationship.

**What do you dislike about VWO Testing?**

There are some improvements we have suggested to the VWO team over the years we've used the product, however they're great about helping us find solutions to any issues we have.

For some of our testing we're trying to move beyond conversion rate lift which means we've had to do some back-end analysis and write the VWO test group to our App DB to see the impact on different metrics such as upsell attach, AOV, etc. due to the custom nature of our cart flow. Our rep is looking into ways they can support this in platform moving forward.

**What problems is VWO Testing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

VWO is supporting our testing program and helping us with our CRO efforts to improve the performance of our business. We use it for landing page and cart testing mainly, with certain elements of cart personalization base don feature flags being another use case.

 ### 32. A Powerful and User-Friendly Platform for A/B Testing

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2025

**What do you like best about VWO Testing?**

The best thing about VWO is its incredible ease of use, particularly the visual editor. We can quickly create and launch tests without needing to involve our development team for every single change. This has drastically sped up our testing cycle. The analytics and reporting are also very clear and provide actionable insights into how our experiments are performing. I also appreciate the quality of their customer support, which has been very responsive and helpful whenever we've had questions about advanced features or implementation.

**What do you dislike about VWO Testing?**

While the platform is generally intuitive, there can be a slight learning curve when you want to use some of the more advanced features, such as custom code or integrating with other platforms. The pricing structure can also be a bit steep for smaller businesses, though the value you get for the cost is significant.

**What problems is VWO Testing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an e-commerce team, we use VWO to tackle various conversion rate optimization challenges. Our main objective is to boost critical metrics on our store, such as conversion rates, the add-to-cart rate, and average order value. VWO enables us to easily run A/B tests and split tests to find the most effective product layouts, promotions, and messaging for our customers. This helps us make decisions based on solid data rather than guesswork.

**Reviewed Date:** August 09, 2023

**What do you like best about VWO Testing?**

Test calculator is easy to understand. A/B test feature is easy to use

**What do you dislike about VWO Testing?**

Flimmering on websise when changes apear above the fold

**What problems is VWO Testing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

See what effect changes have on conversionrate

 ### 34. Easy to use and a responsive support team

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2025

**What do you like best about VWO Testing?**

My team has used VWO Testing for user-friendly A/B testing for years. The interface is intuitive which makes it easy for our team to set up and run tests. I really like the visual data reporting and segmentation abilities which makes it easy to dive deeper into the data. Also, the support team is responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to help troubleshoot issues or suggest best practices.

**What do you dislike about VWO Testing?**

While the platform works very well overall, we’ve occasionally experienced slow load times. There have also been technical setup challenges which required extra coordination between our development team and VWO support. These challenges sometimes prevent us from being able to run a test.

**What problems is VWO Testing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

VWO Testing helps us make better decisions by letting us quickly and easily run experiments on our website. We can test different versions of content, design, or features to see what works best for our audience. This has improved our conversion rates, engagement, and overall site performance. The platform makes the testing process simple, so our team can make decisions based on quantitive data.

 ### 35. Easy to use and frequently updating

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Diego P. | Analytics & CRO Senior Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2025

**What do you like best about VWO Testing?**

How easy it is to use. Anyone can build a basic test within a few minutes and it is very simple and structured. In part thanks to its friendly visual editor. And with each tool update, which are frequent, the tool becomes even more powerful but always easy to use. Also the customer support now is quicker as they came to chat, no only email support. I have been using it on a weekly (and sometimes daily) basis for almost 3 years and implementing it has always been easy.

**What do you dislike about VWO Testing?**

The fact that even after getting the Growth or Pro plan, some key features are not included so we have to pay an extra fee to get them.

**What problems is VWO Testing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were looking for an easy to use and implement tool that would enable us to test new features and versions to make sure they were valuable for our clients and target. VWO has been the answer as we are benefiting from it in terms of time and resources and it has a very friendly interface that can run test and personalizations in a few minutes.

 ### 36. Reliable A/B Testing with Outstanding Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kaif K.

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2025

**What do you like best about VWO Testing?**

I appreciate VWO Testing's extensive suite of tools and insights, which significantly enhance our AB testing and conversion rate tracking. The customer support is exceptional, consistently providing assistance when needed. Features like data 360, AI, heat mapping, and funnel reporting are integral to our operations, making VWO one of the best-rated tools in the market.

**What do you dislike about VWO Testing?**

I find the AI features in VWO not so beneficial at the moment because the ideas provided are too basic and need more enhancement to give better responses. Also, if I could change one thing about VWO Testing, I would like to integrate heat maps directly into the testing tool instead of having it separate in the insights tool. This integration would help correlate A/B testing data with heat map data for better analysis.

**What problems is VWO Testing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use VWO Testing for A/B testing and tracking conversion rates, which provides valuable insights and benefits. The tool's features, like events, triggers, matrices, heat mapping and funnel reporting, enhance our analysis, and customer support is excellent.

 ### 37. Perfect for A/B testing

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Gambling & Casinos | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2025

**What do you like best about VWO Testing?**

Brilliant tool for A/B testing, honestly. What I love most is how dead simple it is to set up experiments - you don't need to be a coding genius to get started. The visual editor is ace for making quick changes to test different versions of pages. Plus, the reporting dashboard gives you proper insights without drowning you in data. Really helps us make decisions based on actual user behaviour rather than just guessing what might work. The heatmaps are particularly handy for spotting where visitors are actually clicking. Saves us loads of time and faff compared to doing this stuff manually.

**What do you dislike about VWO Testing?**

The interface can be a tad clunky at times, especially when you're trying to set up more complex tests. Sometimes the visual editor doesn't play nicely with certain elements on our site, which is frustrating. Also noticed it can slow down page load times a bit, which isn't ideal when you're trying to improve user experience.

**What problems is VWO Testing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows are business analysts to work on the A/B tests themselves without the input of us developers, which is massive for time saving.

 ### 38. Exceptional CRO Tool with Outstanding Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tanzeel Ahmed S. | Senior Inbound Product Acquisition Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2025

**What do you like best about VWO Testing?**

VWO Testing has been instrumental in shaping our CRO strategy at PureVPN. Its intuitive interface makes setting up and managing experiments incredibly smooth, even for complex test scenarios. The usability is top-notch, and the reporting dashboard offers actionable insights that help us make data-driven decisions quickly. Most importantly, the exceptional support from the VWO team ensures we’re never stuck, they’re responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to help us get the most out of the platform.

**What do you dislike about VWO Testing?**

While the platform covers almost everything we need, the initial learning curve for advanced features can be a bit steep for new users. However, the support team and extensive documentation quickly bridge that gap, making it a minor concern in the long run.

**What problems is VWO Testing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

VWO Testing helps us identify and implement the most effective website changes through structured A/B and multivariate testing. At PureVPN, it has streamlined our CRO process by allowing us to validate ideas with real user data before making permanent changes. This has led to higher conversion rates, improved user experiences, and more confident decision-making across our marketing and product teams.

 ### 39. Simple and organized with many possibilities

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Linda V. | Web Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2025

**What do you like best about VWO Testing?**

I like how it's very organized. It's very intuitive, yet has many possibilities. Very good for A/B testing!

**What do you dislike about VWO Testing?**

I don't like that I can not define myself who categorizes as 'email' or 'referral' traffic. The way VWO does it, is very different than we do it and that part is completely useless for us.

Customer support is very helpful.

**What problems is VWO Testing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We want to keep optimizing our funnel and website experience for our users. VWO testing really helps us to see if our 'improvements' are really improvements.
Moreover, sometimes webdevelopment takes a long time and VWO helps us to to quickly make the changes and just assign 100% of traffic to the new version.

 ### 40. Good testing tool & Amazing CSM team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Media Production | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2025

**What do you like best about VWO Testing?**

Very reactive customer support team, regular updates on new capabilities of the VWO tool.
The CSM team is always trying to help as quickly as possible to fix an issue, they are very quick to jump on a call with the relevant VWO stakeholders on the call to understand and find a fix to the issue.
They are always very helpful and trying to help find solutions to make our work easier as CRO experts.

**What do you dislike about VWO Testing?**

I think involving all the relevant stakeholders at the start would have avoided lots of internal confusion and back and forth between our team and the VWO team.
This tool requires several internal teams to do tasks in order to get VWO set up, and this VWO onboarding require lots of project management in order to be completed quickly and smoothly.

**What problems is VWO Testing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

VWO allows us to launch lots of tests across our whole website, but also launching qui fix without dev effort needed (web rollouts) when our dev team don't have the capacity to help, as well as getting insights on our website users behavior.

 ### 41. Powerful and Easy-to-Use Tool for A/B Testing and Conversion Optimization

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Oil & Energy | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2025

**What do you like best about VWO Testing?**

After 3 years of using VWO, what stands out most is its ease of use and the clean, intuitive interface. Setting up tests is incredibly straightforward, especially with the VWO visual editor, which lets us make changes directly without depending on developers. The platform handles A/B tests, URL split tests, and segmentation really well. The performance review dashboards are clear and insightful, and the ability to do deep analysis on different visitor segments has been invaluable. I also appreciate the AI-generated testing ideas based on our own website—they often spark new hypotheses and experiments.

**What do you dislike about VWO Testing?**

The main issue we’ve run into is with the editor and preview features, which sometimes fail to load properly or lag. This can slow down the test creation process. While it doesn’t happen constantly, it’s noticeable enough to mention. Aside from that, the platform is solid and consistently reliable.

**What problems is VWO Testing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

VWO Testing helps us continuously improve our website's performance by allowing us to experiment with different designs, content, and user flows in a structured way. We primarily use it to identify which versions of a page perform better in terms of conversion rate, which has led to measurable increases in customer acquisition. The segmentation features allow us to target specific user groups and tailor our experiments accordingly, while the integration with GA4 provides even deeper insights. Overall, it enables data-driven decision-making and faster iteration, which helps us stay agile and user-focused.

 ### 42. Neatly arranged and easy to understand.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mohammed Firose K. | System Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2025

**What do you like best about VWO Testing?**

For a recently migrated user like me, the VWO app is incredibly simple to understand. All the features and menus are neatly arranged on the left side, which makes them easy to locate and hard to forget. For starters, there is a tooltip near the heading for most features. Clicking on this tool-tip takes us to a very detailed documentation which though lengthy, details the feature with step-by-step instructions. The tool-tip also contains videos by professionals explaining the feature with live demonstration for people who doesn't prefer reading the lengthy documentation. The videos are spoken in a slow and clear manner and hence, one can easily follow their instructions regardless of their geography. Recently, I also got early access to the AI ideas feature, and very much liked how it explains the hypotheses, actionable and the principle on which each generated idea is based on.

**What do you dislike about VWO Testing?**

So far, I haven't found any aspect considerable to be seen as a downside for VWO. Everything seems to work fine except for the chatbot. When I access the chatbot, it asks how it can help me and then straight away shows that the chatbot left after requesting an agent transfer. But I am fine with it since it does not affect my work, even though it gives an impression that some features are not fully baked yet despite in production environment.

**What problems is VWO Testing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

VWO helps us make informed decisions on the upcoming updates to our websites. It eliminates the need for us to guess what works and what does not, and instead enables us to test different versions simultaneously and back the findings with real data. Thus, we are able to provide key metrics to the relevant stakeholders faster, thereby making our operations more efficient.

 ### 43. Great Experience! Few Suggestions for App

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Cosmetics | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2025

**What do you like best about VWO Testing?**

I appreciate how easy it is to impement small change tests on the website (for example color changes, text, etc.) Our rep, Siddhant, has been a great help on any questions we have. Always quick to respond and offers great suggestions.

**What do you dislike about VWO Testing?**

As we grow our site, we are looking to test more old modules vs newly developed ones. For example, in our product page optimization project, we are doing a full overhaul based on testing. We would love to have the ability to test our old modules vs new ones without coding. I find the AI feature not responsive to more in depth changes.

**What problems is VWO Testing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has helped us immensly in optimizing our website to meet the needs of our customers. Whenever we have a questions about how an aspect of our site is performing, it takes 5 minutes to go onto the app and set up a test to get reliable answers fast.

 ### 44. Great customer support experience through bugs and frustrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 06, 2024

**What do you like best about VWO Testing?**

Monali has been a great part of the VWO testing- in our weekly calls, she has been a huge help in fixing bugs, coordinating communication between Nestle and VWO, and being flexible. While the platform is easy enough once you get to learn, the tests still have some inconsistencies and bugs that are frustrating; however, it is comfortable and helpful that Monali is always ready to help despite a sizeable time difference. Additionally, the initial support sessions with Hetal were helpful.

**What do you dislike about VWO Testing?**

Sometimes it takes a while to load or throws errors, which is frustrating as I will get incorrect error messages about the SmartCode or other tests. I wish there were more VWO-native metrics tracking, instead of having to integrate it with other platforms or installing new code.

**What problems is VWO Testing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps bridges gaps in customer experience as the tests are effective in understanding different areas of the website, whether it be driving users, engaging users, with copy, pop-ups, etc.

 ### 45. Great tool for A/B testing and Personalization

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Olga M. | Digital Optimization Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2022

**What do you like best about VWO Testing?**

I've been using VWO for almost five years now, and it's been an excellent tool for running experiments seamlessly —often without requiring developer involvement. It offers extensive customer segmentation, straightforward metric setup, various targeting capabilities, and highly detailed reporting.
One standout feature is the ability to create mutually exclusive groups, allowing multiple experiments to run on a single page simultaneously without compromising results. VWO consistently introduces new features and integrates AI heavily into its product, ensuring continuous innovation. Additionally, the platform provides outstanding 24/7 customer support, with a team that is always helpful and responsive.
The implementation process was quick and easy, and I highly recommend VWO!

**What do you dislike about VWO Testing?**

While I don’t have any dislikes, when we first started using the tool, we did experience some page flickering/flashing issues. Fortunately, we found a workaround at the time, and with the newly introduced Smartcode 2.1 version, this issue will now be fully resolved.

**What problems is VWO Testing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As we use VWO Testing in tandem with VWO Insights, every Campaign is based on metrics and observations specific to our website. This allows us to come up with better testing hypotheses and run more successful experiments which result in higher CVR.

**Official Response from VWO Reviews:**

> Hi Olga, thank you so much for your detailed feedback. Elated to know that you love the tool and the support services!

Regarding your concern related to coding, we acknowledge that some basic knowledge of JS would be required to create complex tests. However, most of the use cases can still be implemented via the Editor operations. Also, we provide implementation services as well in case you need help with a complex campaign.

 ### 46. VWO helps us understand our clients better

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brielle C. | Digital Coordinator, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about VWO Testing?**

As a novice to experimentation, VWO provides a user-friendly approach to A/B testing and site insights. The editor is easy to use, and we're able to implement tests fairly quickly, without the need for advanced developer knowledge. VWO is also always improving, by introducing deeper reporting options and Copilot capabilities for idea generation and mockup creation.
Shilpa has been an invaluable resource as our Customer Success Manager, going beyond answering questions and proactively sharing her expertise to elevate our testing program. Her commitment to our A/B testing success is clear, as she is always willing to explore our ideas, answer ad-hoc questions and make concrete suggestions that are relevant to our business goals.

**What do you dislike about VWO Testing?**

AI suggestions can be generic and the Copilot tool that mocks up test variations is reserved for small element changes. There's no way to consider multiple priority "primary metrics" or receive suggestions for multiple metrics.

**What problems is VWO Testing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We better understand user engagement across pages, and are using those insights to improve our website.

 ### 47. Utilization of the VWO platform to run A/B tests aimed at increasing conversions.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel C. | CRO and Web Designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2025

**What do you like best about VWO Testing?**

For me and the SUNO team, VWO is a perfect fit. It's a well-trusted platform that provides all the tools we need to track and achieve our conversion rate improvement goals.
It offers features that speed up the testing process, such as AI-powered idea generation tools, a Visual Editor that simplifies landing page changes, and a user-friendly interface that makes our work easier.

In addition, their support team is excellent—quick to respond and effective in solving any issues. We also have regular meetings with the VWO team, which keep us updated and informed about everything important.

In short, we use VWO daily to run tests that deliver real results.

**What do you dislike about VWO Testing?**

We usually don’t have anything negative to say about the platform, but occasionally we encounter small bugs that prevent some tests from performing as expected.
However, every time something like this has happened, the VWO team was quick to resolve the issues and provided us with the best solutions.

**What problems is VWO Testing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They came to make A/B testing easier for us. We had a struggle to make those tests and make them valid. With VWO, is easier to implement, adjust, keep track and analyse the data that are crucial for our improviment.

 ### 48. A solid partner in improving our website experimentation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2025

**What do you like best about VWO Testing?**

The platform makes it easy to set up, run, and analyze experiments, helping us continuously improve our user experience and conversion rates.

What truly sets VWO apart is their exceptional customer support. Kevin Matthew, in particular, has been instrumental in our success with the tool. He proactively initiates new experiments based on our business goals, consistently looks for areas of improvement, and ensures we're making the most out of VWO's features.

Kevin and his team also provided comprehensive training and hands-on guidance—from technical setups to data interpretation. He even introduced us to VWO’s insights tools, such as heatmaps and form analysis, which gave us a clearer understanding of user behavior on our site.

Highly recommend VWO not just for the robust experimentation tools, but also for the dedicated support that truly acts as a partner in growth.

**What do you dislike about VWO Testing?**

There’s not much to dislike, but if I had to mention something, it would be that the learning curve can be a bit steep for first-time users. Thankfully, their support team more than makes up for it.

**What problems is VWO Testing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

VWO Testing helps us validate ideas before investing in full development.
In the past, making changes to our website—especially revamps—would require a lot of development time and resources, without any guarantee of improved results. With VWO, we can test new ideas, layouts, or messaging first and analyze the impact based on real user behavior.

This allows us to make data-driven decisions and move forward with confidence, knowing that any permanent change we implement has already been tested and proven effective. It saves time, reduces risk, and ensures our efforts are focused on what truly works.

 ### 49. Great tool, simple to use and solid support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Diana G. | Digital Marketing Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2025

**What do you like best about VWO Testing?**

I really like how intuitive VWO is. It’s easy to set up tests without needing to know how to code, but it also gives you the flexibility to run more complex experiments when needed. The interface is clean and straightforward, and the support from my account manager has been great — always helpful and quick to respond.

**What do you dislike about VWO Testing?**

It would be great to have smoother integrations with Shopify's ecommerce funnel, especially for tracking events. I’ve had some trouble setting up funnel tracking using GTM and Shopify, and it’s taken extra effort to get everything working as expected.

**What problems is VWO Testing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

VWO Testing has helped me detect incremental sales improvements through controlled experiments such as coupon and chatbot tests. Its features allow me to run A/B tests on different wordings, visuals, and key messages to identify which versions truly impact conversion. This enables me to make data-driven decisions, optimize marketing strategies, and effectively maximize business results.

 ### 50. A comprehensive suite for A/B testing

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Derek R. | Website Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2025

**What do you like best about VWO Testing?**

VWO is useful to run A/B and multivariate tests without needing to involve developers for every change. The visual editor is intuitive, and to launch experiments quickly. I also appreciate the detailed reporting and the ability to segment results by custom dimensions, which helps us make more informed decisions based on user behavior.

**What do you dislike about VWO Testing?**

The visual editor can sometimes be a bit limited or buggy, especially on complex pages, it doesn’t always render pages exactly as users see them and can break functionality of the page.

**What problems is VWO Testing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

VWO Testing helps us validate design, copy, and UX changes before rolling them out sitewide. Instead of relying on assumptions or gut feelings, we can test variations with real users and make data-driven decisions. This reduces the risk of negative impact from changes and improves overall conversion rates. It also streamlines collaboration between marketing, design, and product teams by giving everyone a unified testing platform.
