I find Vuture easy to use, which really helps with our ecomms system to send event invitations, insightful articles, and newsletters smoothly. What do you dislike about Vuture? I'd like the dashboard reporting to be more clearer and have some of the reporting to take into account known by contacts from our CRM system. I think it could do with a bit of updating. Some reports also show you more than others and it not clear why, sometimes when you get a particular report you only get the user's email address to export, whereas in other reports you can get the name of the contacts as well. I use Vuture to send event invitations electronically, track attendance, and see who opens our mailings, which helps gauge client interest.
