Vulse has become even more useful since my original review. The upgraded reporting provides a clearer and more flexible view of employee participation, content performance and engagement. Custom email reports make it easy to keep stakeholders informed without having to compile updates manually.

The platform also gives employees more support when creating their own content. Improved tone-of-voice matching and content optimisation help each person produce posts that feel authentic while remaining consistent with the wider brand. Scheduling, publishing and performance analysis now work together as one straightforward process.

The expanded integration capabilities have also made Vulse easier to incorporate into our existing workflow. It feels like a complete employee advocacy platform rather than simply a tool for distributing approved posts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The areas mentioned in my original review have been addressed. Reporting is now more flexible through the upgraded dashboards and custom email reports, while the platform’s integration capabilities have continued to expand.

There are no significant gaps affecting how we currently use Vulse. I would encourage the team to continue developing the platform in consultation with customers, as their responsiveness to feedback has been one of the strongest parts of the experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
