Also, their interface is very clean and has more customisation features, like contact management, deal tracking and pipeline workflow automation. These tools help our teams to stay organised and be more productive. **What do you dislike about Vtiger Sales?** Some of their advanced customisation features and integrations need more technical knowledge and a learning curve for accessibility. Most of their higher-end features are packed with the high-tier plans. Their interface is intuitive, but certain modules feel cluttered for managing a large number of records.
