I would say The design and the organization mailbox as it turns into cases for different clients. This helps us to work easily and get notified every day with the Alerts which makes Life easier Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vtiger All-In-One CRM?

I suggest you improve the mobile application so that we can work whenever we want but the desktop version is too good when compared to your mobile application of yours Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Vtiger All-In-One CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

I believe you could make alerts for all incoming new cases so that the user can easily notify about cases to resolve. other than that I have satisfied for major concerns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
