What do you like best about Vtiger All-In-One CRM?

vTiger makes it easy to manage customer relationships with related services management through a rich feature set that is easy to configure and customize. I like the many integrated business functions including calendaring, quotes, orders and invoices. Reporting is easy and helpful. It is not often that sales, service and billing are integrated in one system making a single view of the entire customer relationship possible.

Managing the tracking of prospects and turning them into customers and all the interaction and communication plus managing the delivery of products and services delivered and billing and processing of payments is streamlined. We have been able to manage 30% annual growth of our environmental land care services for six years straight because of the efficiency vTiger has afforded our business.

As a web-based system with a mobile app with integrated calendaring, vTiger has helped us maintain cost efficiency as a virtual organization bringing together a distributed work force in a concerted and successful effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vtiger All-In-One CRM?

It is so rich in features, that it spoils the user and it is tempting to expect even more features like accounts receivable reporting with aging that may come with more dedicated purpose billing systems. Customizing reports is possible, to achieve ambitious objectives, but sometimes a challenge to perfect to expectations. It's still incredibly powerful and a great value as admins can continue to expand it's usefulness across business functions! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Vtiger All-In-One CRM:

As with all feature rich integrated multi-purpose business applications, allocate time for training and learn the system fully prior to implementing any customization. vTiger is easy to customize so it is tempting for new users to want to customize prior to learning all the capabilities of the system which if fully understood, may preclude the need to customize.

Budgeting for some consulting time with vTiger implementation services will probably pay off well, as they are able to leverage the workflows to streamline business processes and may save some time and get a better overall result for the implementation when they are asked to learn a bit about your objectives. What problems is Vtiger All-In-One CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

We can use this single system to incorporate sales and service scheduling, quoting, billing, cash receipts and collections.
