From a professional agency perspective, its architecture (headless and API-first) stands out, allowing for the construction of highly customized solutions tailored to advanced business needs. This is key in projects with multiple countries, large catalogs, or models like B2B, marketplaces, or omnichannel strategies. It is a very solid platform ready to scale, especially suitable for ecommerce with a certain complexity and ambition for growth. **What do you dislike about VTEX Commerce Platform?** What I like least about VTEX Commerce Platform is its complexity and the learning curve involved in starting to work with it. From an agency perspective, it is not a particularly "friendly" platform for non-technical teams: many tasks require specific knowledge of the VTEX ecosystem (architecture, APIs, IO, etc.), which makes the dependency on specialized profiles high and the implementation or adjustment times not always agile. It is a very powerful solution, but it demands a high level of technical skill and specialization, which can be a barrier in projects seeking agility or more autonomous teams. **What problems is VTEX Commerce Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** VTEX solves the management of complex ecommerce (multi-country, marketplaces, B2B, omnichannel) in a single platform, avoiding the need to rely on multiple tools and integrations.
