The best thing about the voice assistant is that it can be programmed to make calls in different time zones and call attempts, and once the voice assistant achieves effective contact, it provides all the information about the obligation and schedules an appointment which is attended by a human agent, generating value in localization and recovery. What I don't like is some modules of the new website, especially the reports module. In the "Show Columns" button, the system does not save the selected fields, so every time a new report is generated, it is necessary to select the fields.
