I can quickly filter retail client groups with valid marketing opt-ins during GDPR check-ups, which helps spot campaigns reaching non-approved contacts early. These two features, full consent history and consent-based segmentation, go hand-in-hand for our client audits, letting me trace customer opt-in dates and ensuring we can identify which contacts may receive retail marketing. Voyado lacks ready-made German-language GDPR and CSRD audit report templates for our Munich consultancy, making it necessary for me to manually compile consent-processing evidence. It also doesn't offer configurable DSGVO retention timers out-of-the-box, which is a downside. Additionally, the custom exports for regulatory submissions are clunky, requiring extra spreadsheet work for our mid-size IT compliance team. There's also no native sync with Microsoft 365 or our compliance spreadsheets, so I have to reformat every dataset manually.
