"Quick Setup, Easy Integrations, and Flexible AI Automations"

What do you like best about Voxjar?

Setup was surprisingly quick. We didn't have to schedule a demo or talk to sales just to start using it. The integrations were easy to connect, and we could try out the AI features right away. I also really like the flexibility with automations, especially being able to trigger actions based on specific things customers say. What do you dislike about Voxjar?

The automation options are pretty extensive, but it took some experimenting to figure out the best way to configure them. I'd love to see more ready-made templates for common workflows so there's less trial and error. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Voxjar solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's helping us stay on top of customer conversations without having to manually review everything. We can set up alerts for things like cancellation requests or refund discussions and send those directly to Slack. It's also helpful that pricing is based on usage rather than seats, so there's no extra cost to give more people access as needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
