What do you like best about Voxjar?

For me, it's how easy Voxjar is to use without a bunch of setup or back and forth with sales. As a PM, I really appreciate being able to jump in, find what I need, and set up automations without much effort. I also love that they don't charge per seat, so our whole team can use it without worrying about adding costs. The AI features are available from the start, which is refreshing compared to other tools that lock everything behind higher plans. Their support has been great too. What do you dislike about Voxjar?

There's not a whole lot I dislike so far. Some of the more advanced features take a little time to figure out, and I'd love to see a few more options for customizing workflows. Nothing that's been a major blocker for us though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Voxjar solving and how is that benefiting you?

A big part of my job as a PM is understanding where customers are getting stuck and making sure our team has the information they need to help. Voxjar makes it easier to find answers without digging through a bunch of conversations manually. It also helps us catch recurring issues that might otherwise go unnoticed.
