What do you like best about Voucherify?

Voucherify offers a wide range of campaign and discount types. The platform is extremely flexible and customizable, which is ideal for an ecommerce platform that needs to run multiple incentives at the same time, such as memberships, store credits, gift cards, bundles, and discount codes. What do you dislike about Voucherify?

Depending on how you integrate Voucherify with your ecommerce platform, it can become difficult to manage, and you may end up relying heavily on a technical team to make even small adjustments. The stacking rules and campaign categories feel quite rigid; although Voucherify has made several improvements over the last year, it still isn’t as flexible as I’d like. What problems is Voucherify solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were struggling with giving out too many discounts. Voucherify helps us target the right audience and offer a specific incentive, especially with Vincent, their new AI agent. We also had trouble analyzing the performance of a specific campaign because we often have multiple incentives running at the same time.
