What do you like best about VoterFly?

Incredible customer service. Ryan and Hayleigh are ready to answer questions and assist immediately. Also, the platform is great. Very user friendly. All of our participants loved it. Pricing is competitive too, and ROI was great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about VoterFly?

What problems is VoterFly solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are a local news organization and we run an annual Readers' Choice Awards program for our community, where community members vote on their favorite businesses in about 300 categories. It's fun for community members, and it's important for local businesses. VoterFly handled the ballot, the business ads, and the voting flawlessly, and backend administration was easy. Our previous vendor had some trouble with accurate vote counting, and the admin panel was not intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
