What do you like best about Voodo SMS?

I found Voodo to be great for my business. From their product features to send mass texts and video tutorials to the free account startup. I found that this software makes my life that sends my customers SMS easy and convenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Voodo SMS?

The pricing model is a little confusing where the website doesn't really tell you how the pricing works. I found that I had to use customer support to figure it out! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Voodo SMS solving and how is that benefiting you?

I found that the majority of my customers are online and on their phones. The problem was my customers started to get tired of scrolling on their phone and SMS lets me contact my customers rather than just email or social media. I found that different segments of my customers would want different contact methods. I found that I kept wanting to reach more people a lot of people overlook this type of contact, but I found great success! Love it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
