I still think the same. For me the platform is user-friendly and easy to adapt Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Same. They should improve the noise cancellation feature Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Vonage Contact Center (formerly NewVoiceMedia) solving and how is that benefiting you?

At my job, we use this platform to assist customers over the phone, and it’s been a game-changer. We can sort calls by language, which is super helpful since we deal with customers from all over the world.
