What I like most about Volunteer Impact by Better Impact is how easy it is to use while still being fully customisable. The platform is intuitive, and whenever we’ve had questions, there’s always been someone available to help, which makes a huge difference. I especially value the ability to accurately record volunteer hours and generate reports—this will be invaluable for evidencing impact and recognising volunteers for the time and support they give. What could be useful would be to allow volunteers to upload their availability to a calender, which would then allow me to allocate shifts to them.
