There are quite a few steps to set up a profile and navigate the system, which sometimes requires extra guidance from our team. Volunteer Impact by Better Impact solves several key challenges for us. Before using it, managing volunteer schedules, tracking hours, and keeping communication organized was time-consuming and prone to errors. Now, everything is centralized—volunteers can easily sign up for shifts, update their availability, and receive reminders, which reduces no-shows and confusion.
