What do you like best about VoipSwitch?

I like this app as a small entrepreneur who works and competes with large companies because I can say that this platform is very useful, and without a doubt a great option to be able to solve my clients problems in an easy and simple way of configuration with very versatile tools that help to answer all kinds of questions to my clients and give good support Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about VoipSwitch?

In the time that I have used this platform I cannot think of even one that upsets me since the only relevant detail would be that it can be confusing but once you learn to use it correctly it becomes a great extension to your business and giving solution to many problems to connect with your customers, it is certainly excellent and I have no complaints Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering VoipSwitch:

My recommendation for any user who wants to start using this program is to be encouraged, which is a great tool that will give rise to many business opportunities and a better relationship with your customers, this application will meet all your expectations and more, with the ease of use and efficiency of first quality, another recommendation would be that although it costs a bit to get familiar, try the results because Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is VoipSwitch solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main problem that I am solving with Voipswitch is that it is a platform that has allowed us to offer our customers a complete global communication solution that is not only compatible with telecommunications and customer operations, but also simplifies internal support and operational functions allowing to take our clients any type of service to complement them in multiple ways and that these are many more compliant.

The benefits that I have obtained from this program during all the time that I have used it are certainly many but the most important I can say is that it allows me to connect globally with my clients and be able to offer a first-rate service and support that I allows to compete with other companies and reach many more potential customers for my business is quite versatile and easy to use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
