Voice Stack allows us to not only look at the high-level KPI's but also give summaries on suggestions on how we can improve. The summaries of conversations are great memo notes to get refreshed on where the conversation needs to go next for our phone team. The AI receptionist is OK and solves a portion of a problem for us.
