What do you like best about Voiceform?

What I loved most about Voiceform was being able to create a survey, generate a link, and share it with individuals I was interested in interviewing, without having to individually schedule video calls with them in order to gather information for my research study. This was such an incredible service and a huge time savings! Especially when the population you're seeking to interview are busy professionals! Additionally, Philip, the CEO, has the BEST customer service of any software company I've ever dealt with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Voiceform?

The only potential downside is that individuals may be a bit apprehensive about utilizing new software. So depending on your audience, it may take some coaching in that aspect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Voiceform solving and how is that benefiting you?
