I love the Vizzy profiles it allows us to see the real person behind the application which helps the candidates fully express themselves and helps us determine whether they're right for the role. It says us a tonne of time writing up candidate profiles for our partners and it makes breaking the ice in the interviews easy because you know who you're talking to going into the conversation. Selfishly I'd like to combine Vizzy with the full functionality of the ATS, the backend could be improved to make it easier to review, rate, segment, organise and notify large volumes of candidates.
