What do you like best about vivenu Ticketing Platform?

The features I like best about vivenu are how smooth their mobile ticketing function works and their ticket transfers. Both are a huge improvement for us this year and make data collection and ease of operations better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about vivenu Ticketing Platform?

My only dislike with vivenu is how raw some functions can be at times. A few features may only work after a few weeks of testing and back and fourth with support. This doesn't always mean the feature even works how you would like it to, but vivenu is constanly trying to update features to get them to a point where they work for all vendors. What problems is vivenu Ticketing Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

vivenu always us to get our game day information to all customers easier than our previous system. Because their resale integration and ticket transferring work so well, it allows us to collect all the data of real customers coming to our games and make sure they get the e-mails and notifications that make their game day smoother.
