I’ve mainly used it to get a clearer picture of how I’m spending my workday. It’s especially useful for spotting things like focus time, meeting patterns, and reminders to follow up on tasks. I don’t check it every day, but whenever I do, it gives me a solid overview of my work habits.

I also appreciate that it runs quietly in the background with Microsoft 365. I don’t have to enter anything manually, and it automatically surfaces insights based on my calendar and day-to-day work activity. The focus time suggestions are particularly helpful on days when I need uninterrupted time for automation development or debugging.

Some of the recommendations can feel a bit generic. There are times when I already know my schedule is packed, so being told I have too many meetings doesn’t really change anything for me.
