What do you like best about Viva Goals?

Viva Goals from Microsoft is a great tool for sales perspectives. It can be easily integrated with other Microsoft products like Outlook and Teams and get rid of a lot of problems, allowing things to be in a single place. What do you dislike about Viva Goals?

I have overall good experience with Viva Goals, since it came from a very reputable brand "Microsoft", I have not found any inconsistency till now but it is not that mature yet, it will take a little more time to settle the new features and things on the platform. What problems is Viva Goals solving and how is that benefiting you?

Viva Goals gives you insight and information when integrated with other products like Microsoft Teams and Outlook. For example, it will gather all call transcripts and provide insights into running trends, highlighting areas where customers are more interested and where they are not.
