What do you like best about Vitruvi Software?

From Engineered designs, to completing work in the field, to review/approval of submitted work, to invoicing and customer support for mobile users and administrative staff (One stop shop) . They have good easy to follow training material as well as Zoom type training opportunities for new users and when needed to work through an issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vitruvi Software?

Reports for "Extra Work Items" - The fact that the report number does not populate in fields like a regular "Production Report", creates extra work on my end. That's it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Vitruvi Software solving and how is that benefiting you?

Eliminating paper reporting. I'm new to the Construction world, but I am so thankful I was able to start with electronic reporting.

1. Track work - Can see what work still needs to be completed with the click of a button.

2. Mobile Users enter Labor & Material. Vitruvi created "Pole Kits" that allows the mobile user to pick a pole design and have the standards material auto populate, instead of having to enter ten or more separate material items. When there are hundreds of poles in each feeder/work area, that is a tremendous time saver.

3. Invoicing - quick and easy.

4. There are so many ways to filter for what information you need and to filter out what you don't need to to see.

5. Creating Excel spreadsheets is so easy. I use it a lot to share information with others and report progress.

6. Support is just a phone call, text, email or zoom meeting away. The service Department is very quick to respond and are very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
