What do you like best about Vital Software?
The software is simple to use and offers indepth reporting on CRM systems in addition to sending SMS/ eDM's Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Vital Software?
Infrequently the system gets clogged and on such occasions it can take several hours to send a single eDM. As mentioned, this is not frequent though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
