"Automatic Competitor Change Alerts That Save Me Hours Every Week"

What do you like best about Visualping?

When a competitor makes a price change or adds a new product page, it automatically emails me and overall this has saved me countless hours per week. Before i would literally wake up every morning and sit staring at their websites watching for a difference. Now i simply receive a slack alert whenever something actually happens. Glad that didn’t happen today. The screenshots show the actual text that changed and I’m very happy that i do not have to do the manual check anymore. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Visualping?

Visual ping will freakishly notify me of a ridiculous update such as a competitor’s cookie policy popup being updated or their copyright year footer being changed. Totally useless updates. Using my monthly limits quickly from worthless updates are frustrating. Trying to use the small tracking box within my mobile browsers is a complete disaster. Every time i try to drag the corners of the box my finger drags the opposite side. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Visualping solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have to stay aware of our competitors actions in our industry. Essentially visual ping watches their websites for us 24/7 while we just copy and paste the url into visual ping along with the area of the website we want monitored. Whenever that portion of the website changes, we receive an email about it. No member of my staff has to spend hours monitoring competitors websites by hand.
