What do you like best about Vistex?

The fact that they treat me as a partner, and not just as a customer. I have always found them to be very collaborative and to understand the needs of my business. The technology is outstanding, but also their in-depth knowledge of my life sciences industry. They come up with practical solutions to my everyday challenges. What do you dislike about Vistex?

The main technical benefit is also my main dislike - and that is the user screens due to the limitations of SAP GUIs. We have tried Fiori with limited success, but this may be due to our ECC instance. I'm hopeful that this will improve when we move to S/4 & V/4 HANA. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Vistex solving and how is that benefiting you?

Originally Vistex helped us to solve issues with our Chargebacks and Rebates management, and helped to stop revenue leakages for us. We now leverage it more for Contract Lifecycle Management. The implementation of RevFlo helped to overcome one of our major issues which was how to incorporate pricing and bid requests into the Sales processes using Salesforce.com.
