What do you like best about Vista?

The system's layout is easy to use, and I feel the screens make sense that are in the different categories. You can also customize a tab with folders for the screens that you use the most frequently or create folders with screens that you only use for a certain task once a year. Everyone in the same company can make it their own. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vista?

There are a lot of updates to do every year. A change was done recently that when you are in the AP Unapproved Invoice Items screen, if you enter an invoice that is over the purchase order amount or subcontract amount, the system will only change the status to \*\*Ready\*\* versus before it would give you a hard stop until it was fixed. Now it will take the invoice, allow it to be approved by the PM and then is not stopped until someone tries to post the invoice. It is a waste of everyone's time and still needs to be corrected. I would prefer the hard stop to come back, so you can correct this right away. Secondly, when the top half doesn't match the bottom half, it doesn't do a hard stop either. What problems is Vista solving and how is that benefiting you?

Vista is our primary software for our day-to-day business, so we solve problems all the time. The program/company is very reliable but can be slow in getting responses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
