What do you like best about Visier?

Visier comes with hundreds of pre-calculated metrics (such as turnover prediction, headcount trends, cost of compensation, and time-to-fill) integrated directly with enterprise systems like SAP, SuccessFactors, and LinkedIn. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Visier?

One area where Visier could improve is the overall user experience, especially for new users. Some features take time to understand, and navigating through reports or customizing dashboards can feel a little complicated initially. I think a more intuitive interface, simpler reporting options, and better guidance within the platform would make it easier to use. What problems is Visier solving and how is that benefiting you?

Visier helps bring workforce data together in one place, making it easier to understand hiring trends, employee insights, and overall workforce performance. Instead of spending too much time collecting and analyzing data manually, it provides useful insights that support better decision-making. From a recruitment perspective, it helps identify trends, track key metrics, and understand areas where improvements are needed.
