"Intuitive QA Tracking in One Place with Great Traceability and Support"

What do you like best about Visibuild?

I like how easy it is to track ITPs, inspections, defects, and supporting evidence all in one platform. It also makes it much simpler to see the current status at a glance and follow up on any outstanding items.

From a QA perspective, being able to capture photos, record progress, and keep clear documentation in one place has significantly improved traceability and reporting. The system feels intuitive to use, and the Visibuild team is consistently responsive to feedback and support requests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Visibuild?

I think VisiBuild still has room to improve, especially in areas that matter for day-to-day QA work. For instance, it would be very helpful to duplicate existing completed ITPs while retaining all their information and evidence, and to create or update project templates with attachments included. More flexibility for managing, editing, and updating ITPs in bulk would also make the platform much more efficient and practical on larger projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

VisiBuild helps centralise ITPs, inspections, defects, and supporting evidence in a single platform. It makes it easier to track progress, follow up on outstanding items, and maintain a clear record of completed work. This is particularly useful for QA, as information can be quickly accessed and reviewed by different members of the project team, helping everyone stay aligned on what has been completed and what still needs attention.
