I like the agility in the process, especially regarding feedback. They are very fast, and Virtustant's robust HR system allows me to log my hours without a headache. It greatly facilitates my daily routine, as I can easily log and submit worked hours. Additionally, communication via WhatsApp is extremely useful for me, as I am very busy and WhatsApp helps optimize my time, avoiding the bureaucracy that occurs in emails. There has never been a delay in any payment, and whenever I need help, I am attended to according to my needs. The only thing I would change is to have a less bureaucratic conversation in the first interview. This is something more superficial for me, but it could benefit the search for new jobs. I think a more direct and less formal approach in the first interaction would save time. Additionally, this could lead to job offers without me having to actively search, as they know I am reliable.
